Delivering a Waste Water Handling System
Frontier Town Campground upgraded their honey wagon to a custom Phelps Honey Wagon. This large corporate owned park in Berlin, MD, near the Ocean City, needed to replace their Phelps Honey Wagon so they actually decided to buy two of them. One standard 300GH wagon is for pumping out waste water in the RV’s while the other, the custom 1035 (pictured above) is for pumping out large holding tanks.
We took the opportunity to deliver both of their wagons personally. It was a warm sunny spring day to take a drive. We enjoyed the weather and meeting the maintenance crew. Ron was able to give clear directions on all the ins and out of using their honey wagons to handle waste water in a clean and professional way so they are able to provide excellent service to all their customers.
The maintenance men at Frontier Town Campground were all there to greet us when we arrived. The Phelps Honey Wagon makes a big difference in their work. It allows them to handle waste water in the park in a safe and professional manner. By using new equipment, the park looks cleaner and the job is less frustrating.
Visiting the Park
Since we were already on site, we took the opportunity to drive around the park. Frontier Town Campground is a beautiful park with three sparkling clean bathhouses, a Frontier Town Beach Shuttle that runs daily during peak summer, with stops at Assateague Island and Ocean City, on-site catering by their own Lazy River Saloon, over 500 campsites, and 4 different types of vacation rental options. There are quite a few attractions located near by. If you are looking for a place to go camping this summer, consider Frontier Town Campground near the ocean!
